On behalf of my staff and myself, I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank you for the extra efforts your staff has given to us. Particularly, during this time as we have prepared for our annual Highway Patrol bus inspection. It is a very stressful time in a normal situation, not to mention the weather that has been handed down to us. School has been out of session almost on a weekly basis. Dealing with the weather, and the toll it takes on our buses, is a challenge for anyone. I would like to mention Steve in the service department, Steve in the parts department and Greg Terry. These men have gone the extra mile to assist us with our inspection. They have gone beyond their job description to help in ordering and finding the parts that we have needed, even when time was ticking away. When they didn't have the part or had to order it, Steve called around trying to get it for us. There have been several times that Steve has personally delivered the part after hours, in his own vehicle, on his way home from work. I believe that it is truly a valuable employee that will go beyond to help the customer. We wanted to recognize those particular employees, along with all of your staff, for their help in our receiving a 95% grade on our bus imspection. Thank you again.

I have been coming to this shop almost 20 years. I've had two engines inframed and other major work done to my trucks over the years that I wouldn't take anywhere else. I even was willing to chance warranty issues on my Detroit inframe because of my total trust in this shop. Today 4/13/12 is a perfect example of my complete satisfaction with this company. I drove in from Baltimore last night to have work done on my truck (basic service - lights replaced, air conditioning). Just another testament to this shop's commitment to excellence. There are times (emergencies) when I have no choice who works on my truck, but given a choice regardless of mileage, I'm heading to Diamond International, West Plains, MO.

In our opinion the Idealease location in Memphis does a great job. We feel we can talk to Tina, Jeffery, or Clay concerning a rental situation and they are prompt to take care of our needs. They have also in the past given valuable information concerning the repair status's of trucks in-house or off location. On the service side, we feel Brian runs a great shop. He keeps us well informed on the status of our trucks and is a beneficial mediator between Schwan's and third party vendors involved with our repairs. We also would like to mention Mr. Curtis for his service and willingness to always help in a situation.
